Rasta Imposta Kids Clown Girl Infant / Toddler Costume- Red/Blue This toddler's clown costume will bring a smile to any body's face this Halloween season. The costume includes a white, polyester dress that is covered in blue, yellow and green polka dots. A blue, foam inset is sewn in at the top and yellow, foam pockets are sewn on at the hips. The pockets are decorated with a green star and the dress is trimmed in red ruffles around the neck, sleeves and bottom. The dress velcros in the back for easy closure and elastic is sewn into the sleeves to give them a puffy look. Elastic is also sewn in to the bottom of the included red bloomers. The bloomers are also made from polyester and have an elastic waistband for a comfortable fit. A blue headband with an attached yellow hat is also included.
